Staying motivated is one of the keys to achieving what you want to do but can be difficult to put into practice. Find out how to stay motivated.
Staying motivated can be challenging, especially when facing long-term goals or difficult tasks. Here are some strategies to help you stay motivated:
1. Set Clear and Achievable Goals
Break Down Goals: Large goals can be overwhelming. Break them down into smaller, manageable tasks. This makes the overall goal feel more attainable and allows you to celebrate small victories along the way.

Prioritize Tasks: Start your day with the most important tasks when your energy and focus are at their peak.

I think there is a lot here that I can apply to my weight loss strategy. The proof shall be in the pudding as they say – well it won’t be because that’s not allowed.
